What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

Most orders are dispatched out within 1 day from date of purchase unless the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, then the goods will be shipped out on the next business day.

We work hand in hand with some of the major transport companies such as DHL, Australia Post, Toll, TNT, etc... and will provide you with a tracking number for each shipment organized by TGV Earthmoving Parts.

INTERNATIONAL

Please contact us by email - info[at]tgvparts.com.au, so we can provide you with a free quote on international shipping.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are dispatched out within 24 hours from date of order (except if order is placed at the weekend). We offer several shipping options (when possible) in order to meet our client's needs whether they require the parts urgently or wish to save on freight. We provide estimated transit time for each shipping option.

Who do you use for delivery?

We use all major local and international shipping companies such as DHL, TNT, UPS, Australia Post and more!

Do you deliver overseas?

What if I ordered the wrong part?

We all make mistakes! If you return the goods in "as new" resealable condition within 14 days from date of purchase, you will receive full credit on the goods (minus freight from and to TGV Earthmoving Parts' depot).

What is the warranty on the parts you sell?

New Goods are supplied in accordance with the Manufacturer's specific warranty (if any). Manufacturer's warranty details available on request.

What does "TGV" stand for?

We are glad you asked! We have chosen this name as a nod to the French high-speed train (TGV - Train à Grande Vitesse) which has been well known worldwide for its high quality, fast and reliable services.
